All Shipped orders have tracking number.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us via email at info@FlexStoneDesign.ca

Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable. Also all returns subject to a 25% handling charge.
