• How do I install the panels?

  Our Wall Panels are very easy to install ,Check our detailed installation guide, carefully prepared by our specialists. If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

   

• Can I order samples before purchasing?

  Absolutely! You can order samples of our wall panels to see how they'll look in your space. Check out the available samples here: https://flexstonedesign.com/pages/samples

   

• Can I customize the size of the wall panels?

  Absolutely! Flexstone wall panels can be easily customized to your desired size and shape using a circular saw.

Payment

• What payment methods do you accept?

  You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

  We additionnaly offer support for  Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, E-transfer.

  You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

• Which currency will I be charged in?

  We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD.

  If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, OR CAD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Shipping

• Where do you ship?

  We currently ship in the United-States, Canada.

  For shipping outside of these countries, please reach out to our support through our helpdesk.

• How long does it take to ship my order?

  Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 3-5 Days to process it for delivery.

  Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

  - United-States:1-5 days
  - Canada: 1-5 days
  
  

• How can I track my order?

  Upon shipment, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number to facilitate tracking your package. Please allow up to 48 hours from receipt of this notification for the tracking information to become available. 

  If you encounter any delays beyond 10 business days from receiving the shipping confirmation, kindly contact us at info@FlexStoneDesign.ca with your name and order number for prompt assistance.

• What is the return policy at Flexstone?

  We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please notify us via email at info@FlexStoneDesign.ca within the stipulated timeframe, providing your order number and tracking information. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

   

  Returned items must be securely packaged in their original condition. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received, inspected, and confirmed to be unused and undamaged. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
