Single decorative wall panels can be joined together for side-by-side installation with grout or silicone lines, LED strips or T-joint trim. Wall panel sheets are 96” tall, 48” wide, 3/8” thick & each weigh 16 kg/35 lbs. We now also carry a selection of 108″ tall wall panels. Wall paneling sheets can be cut down to desired size and shape using any circular saw. The wall panels can be adhered to plywood, drywall, cement board, concrete or any other flat surface. Use a silicone-based adhesive to mount the wall paneling sheets. FlexStone™ carries adhesive for purchase. The wallboard panel designs are created using 3D printing technology. The wall paneling sheets are made of PVC, stone powder and nano bamboo fibers. The manufacturing process creates wall panels that are waterproof, mildewproof, durable, easy to clean & formaldehyde free. The trim pieces are made of powder coated aluminum.
